Chef Malang, proudly representing The Gambia and also as a Gaye Njorro Skills Academy ambassador, has been impressing both judges and spectators with his skills and unwavering passion for cooking. The competition has been intense, with each dish presented as a work of art filled with flavors and innovative twists.
Amidst the escalating competition, Chef Malang’s commitment and expertise have truly stood out, earning admiration from all who have had the privilege of tasting his creations. His unique take on cuisine has left a lasting impact, and we are incredibly proud to have him as our ambassador on this prestigious platform.
As we eagerly await the announcement of winners across categories, including the anticipated Jollof contest and the African Gastronomy Chef of the Year award, we are standing in solidarity in our support for Chef Malang.
